As a member of our design team, you obsess over pixel perfection while delivering work on time to meet hard deadlines. You communicate well with clients and help them understand your interpretation of their vision. A master of your trade, you understand the nuances of information architecture, wireframes, typography, and visual design.
Teamwork is a staple of our process and you are expected to contribute and critique the work of your colleagues, providing input in your area of expertise. Sometimes you review work from other designers before it’s presented to a customer and other times you demo software builds to ensure the implementation meets your high expectations.
You brainstorm with a pen and paper and utilize Adobe Creative Suite to deliver production ready visual design. When time is of the essence, you command HTML5 and CSS3 to do your bidding, tweaking web front ends to perfection.

As a member of our engineering team, you love learning new things and solving hard technical problems using modern tools and technologies. Open source technologies you use for client projects are well documented and maintained by reputable companies. Short development cycles are the reason you love agile development and you understand the value your scrum master adds to the team and process.
A team oriented code-reviewing champion by day and a Reddit loving hacker by night, you measure yourself by the elegance of the solutions you create rather than the lines of code you push to GitHub. When you need to learn a new tool or language, you master it without impacting a project’s timeline or deliverables.
Our usual backend toolset includes Ruby on Rails, Java, Scala and Node.js and we use HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and JQuery for front-end web development. We prefer to build native mobile applications and actively look for Android, iOS and Windows Phone experts. We are always open talking with engineers who add value to our telecom, enterprise security, virtualization, and healthcare practices.
